DAY 4: wednesday, april 29. SOUTH SHORE FALLEN HEROES DAY - East Rockaway / COPIAGUE

Start: Memorial Park, 344 Atlantic Avenue, East Rockaway – 10:00 am

Pick up runners: Copiague Fire Department, 500 Dixon Ave, Copiague

Finish:  Copiague Fire Department, 500 Dixon Ave, Copiague

  • Runners: Suggested $40 donation fee allows you to participate in 1 or more days' events. You will also receive a commemorative T-shirt and challenge coin while supplies last.

Wednesday is in honor of the South Shore Fallen Heroes.  

Part 1 - Will take us along the South Shore. We will make stops along the way at VFW’s all along the South Shore and honor those that have served.

Part 2 - Will be a 3 mile run, stopping at memorials and fire houses in Copiague.
